General Principles
- Service-Specific Policies: This policy applies specifically to Tours and Transfers. Other services may have different cancellation terms. The specific cancellation policy applicable to your booking will be confirmed in your booking confirmation.
- Third-Party Service Providers: Where third-party service providers (e.g., coach operators) are involved, their cancellation policies may also apply, particularly for larger group bookings. We will endeavor to inform you of these where applicable.
- Force Majeure: In situations of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, pandemics, government-imposed travel restrictions, or other events beyond our reasonable control), our standard cancellation policy may be affected. We will evaluate each situation individually and make reasonable efforts to find a fair solution, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or refunds in all force majeure scenarios. We recommend you have appropriate travel insurance that covers such events.
- No-Shows: Failure to appear for a booked service without providing prior notice will result in no refund being issued. The full cost of the service may be charged.
- Notification of Cancellation: All cancellations must be communicated to us in writing (email is preferred) and received within the specified timeframes outlined below. The date and time of our receipt of your cancellation notice will be considered the official cancellation date.
Specific Cancellation Scenarios
1. Tours and Transfers (Up to 10 Guests or Minibus up to 10-seater):
- 20% of the total amount if canceled up to 15 days before the scheduled service.
- 30% of the total amount if canceled 10 days prior.
- 50% of the total amount if canceled 07 days prior.
- 75% of the total amount if canceled 05 days prior.
- 100% of the total amount if canceled within 03 days of the scheduled service.
2. Tours and Transfers (Over 10 Guests or Similar Coach):
- 15% of the total amount if canceled more than 21 days before the tour.
- 30% of the total amount if canceled between 21 and 14 days before the tour, depending on the provider's policy.
- 50% of the total amount if canceled between 14 and 10 days before the tour, depending on the provider's policy.
- 75% of the total amount if canceled between 10 and 7 days before the tour, depending on the provider's policy.
- No refund if canceled less than 7 days before the tour.
3. Entry Tickets:
Please be aware that the cancellation and refund policies for admission tickets are set by the issuing authority. We strongly recommend reviewing their specific terms and conditions at the time of purchase for complete details. We are not responsible for the ticket provider's refund policies.
Changes to Bookings
Contact Kingdom Holidays Group to request amendments to your booking. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Not all bookings are eligible for changes. We will inform you of any applicable fees before confirming a change.
