1. Business Model & Role
- Exclusively B2B: We operate as a marketplace and intermediary for travel professionals. We do not accept direct bookings from individual travelers or the general public.
- Service Intermediary: Our role is to arrange and coordinate travel services (Tours, Transfers, Rail, etc.) on your behalf through our network of licensed local affiliates.
- No Consumer Protection: As we do not deal with consumers directly, we do not provide ATOL/financial protection for the end traveler. Partners are responsible for their own regulatory compliance.
2. Booking & Quotes
- RFQ Basis: All services are provided on a Request for Quote (RFQ) basis. You can request pricing via our website form, email, or direct WhatsApp/Call.
- Confirmation: A booking is only legally confirmed once full payment (or an agreed deposit) is received and a confirmation email is issued by our operations team.
- Fleet Flexibility: Vehicles used for transfers and tours may vary by country. We guarantee a replacement of suitable seating capacity if the original model is unavailable.
3. B2B Cancellation Schedule
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to operations@kingdomholidaysgroup.com.

- Entry Tickets: 100% non-refundable once purchased, as per third-party authority rules.
- No-Shows: No refunds will be issued for failure to appear at the scheduled time.
4. Partner Responsibilities
- Accuracy: Partners must provide complete and accurate guest information at the time of booking.
- Documentation: It is the partner's responsibility to ensure their clients possess valid passports, visas, and health documents.
- Baggage: Standard transfer allowance is one hand bag and one check-in bag per passenger. Excess luggage must be disclosed during the quote process.
5. Liability
- Affiliate Performance: While we vet all local operators, the contract for service delivery is between the affiliate and the partner. Kingdom Holidays Group is not liable for injuries or losses caused by third-party providers.
- Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any service-related claim is limited to the amount paid by the partner for that specific service.
